Opportunity:
   New Directions in Solid Phase Carbohydrate Synthesis
Summary:
   This project involves developing new chemical methods for the synthesis of complex carbohydrates on solid support. These methods will be used for the rapid parallel synthesis of complex carbohydrate libraries. This project is part of of a longer-term goal of creating libraries of therapeutically relevant carbohydrates.

Responsibilities for students?
   Chemical synthesis, chemical reaction development. Group meeting and laboratory upkeep responsibilities along with a final report at the end of the summer.
