Opportunity:
   Image segmentation
Summary:
   This is a collaborative project with a group at Tufts Medical School interested in quantifying the impact of vitamin D on osteoarthritis through the analysis of MRI imagery. Technically, this project requires the development and validation of an algorithm for segmenting the data sets based on variations in bone "texture." A software tool will need to be developed for transition to the researchers at the Medical School.

   Experience coding in Matlab as well as a lower level language (C++ or Java)
