   Contemporary Art and Global Interractions
Summary:
   I am currently developing a new book project that includes the work of contemporary artists in Mexico City and that city as a new "global" art center. The summer scholars opportunity will entail identifying similar sites and building a bibliography on global contemporary art as well as identifying theoretical frameworks for studying these phenomena.
