Opportunity:
   Historical biographical research
Summary:
   The summer scholar will conduct research using primary source materials in the university's archival collections to find alumni who have made significant achievements in their fields and the wider world; once identified, the scholar will write a case file to demonstrate the individual's achievements and entries for publication in the Concise Encyclopedia of Tufts History.

   strong writing skills; interest in historical research
Responsibilities for students?
   Conducting primary source research in university archival collections including newspapers, faculty minutes, departmental records, and photograph collections; writing case files and biographies for publication in the Encyclopedia.
